LeaderShift’s journey began with a singular belief: culture is the foundation of success. Growing up in a culture meticulously designed to shape behaviors, values, and purpose, our founder, Eddie Botes, saw firsthand the power of intentionality in fostering a strong sense of belonging and shared vision. However, he also experienced the challenges that arise when rigid certainty and dogma leave little room for curiosity, innovation, and growth.

Eddie’s personal journey took him from a world of unwavering certainty to one of discovery and transformation—embracing the values of curiosity, humility, and openness.
